Uploading Files
To order this product, you need to provide a PDF file.
When submitting a file, make sure to consider the correct size and aspect ratio of the image. During the processing of your image, a few millimeters around the edges may be trimmed. We recommend submitting a file with crop marks and a 3mm bleed.
If you have trouble uploading a file, send us a message, and we can work together to find a solution.
Colors
The colors on a screen do not always match the print colors. You can submit images with RGB and CMYK color settings. A digital display (for example, in Photoshop) of a .jpg file in CMYK colors generally provides the best representation of the final result.
Material
You can choose between two types of paper for cards and labels: standard white or Biotop. Biotop paper has a softer look and a cream color.
Quantity
In the 'quantity' option in the menu, enter how many cards or labels you want. This will be a multiple of the files contained in the PDF. For example, if you have 5 cards or labels in your PDF that you want to print with the same specifications and you enter '3' for the quantity, each of the 5 cards and labels will be printed 3 times.
Delivery and Production
If you order the cards or labels before 2:00 PM, we will produce and ship them the same day. Our shipping partner GLS guarantees that your cards or labels will be delivered the next working day (subject to force majeure). You can also choose to pick them up at our location in The Hague.
