  • Within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • Within the EU: 3-5 business days

Please note: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of your order:

  • Within the Netherlands: €9,95 for orders from 1KG - 6KG , orders more than 7KG €15,95, Free shipping for orders over €100.
  • Within the EU: €15,95 for orders from 1KG - 6KG , orders more than 7KG €35,95. Free shipping for orders over €100.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the GLS website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we work with a reliable delivery service, problems can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
