Can you email a quote?
If there is a need for pricing for a large quantity, we are always willing to provide a quote. In that case, please contact us at service@repro.nl or call us at 070-3478808.
Can I receive a sample of the photo wallpaper?
You can order a smaller piece of wallpaper. Please note: there may be slight color variations between production batches, so the colors of the sample may differ slightly.
Is there a maximum or minimum size for wallpaper?
No, with us, you can truly order any desired size! You simply provide the dimensions you want, and we'll divide it into strips of 47.5cm. Simple, right? However, we do advise paying attention to the quality of the photo to be printed.
What is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days upon approval unless otherwise stated. This is always subject to change.
What is the maximum file size for uploads?
It can be up to 200MB in size, more than enough to achieve a fantastic print.
How wide are the wallpaper strips?
Photo wallpaper is produced with a width of 47.5cm.
What if I am not satisfied with the delivered product?
We kindly ask you to contact us via email (service@repro.nl) or phone (070-3478808) in case of any issues or complaints. Repro.nl aims to have only satisfied customers and strives to respond as quickly as possible.
How do you handle my privacy?
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and it is always protected. We never disclose data to third parties. By creating an account on our website, you agree that we may occasionally contact you via email, for example in the case of a special promotion. If you prefer not to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Payments via iDeal or Credit Card are always processed through the server of your or our bank, ABN AMRO, and therefore we do not have access to your payment details, ensuring complete security.
Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us via the contact form on the 'Contact' page.
Payment
At Repro.eu, you can pay via iDeal, Bank Transfer (prepayment), PayPal, and Credit Card. For our Belgian customers, we also accept Bancontact Mr Cash.

I want to print a CAD drawing, what should I choose?
Yes, we can convert it to PDF and print it for you.
What is CMYK?
CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) is a color setting used to adjust colors to the color range of printers. This provides a better representation of the final result on your monitor.
Can I submit a document with Pantone colors?
It is not possible to use Pantone colors; they are automatically converted to the nearest CMYK value.
