Uploading Files
You can submit your photo for the wallpaper in formats such as JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF. After uploading, you will see your photo in the preview window.

We advise you to submit images in the highest possible resolution to ensure the wallpaper is sharp enough. If you are unsure about the quality of your photo, you can always email us, and we will assist you.

If you want to order multiple types of photo wallpaper, please place them in your cart one by one. When submitting a file, make sure to consider the correct resolution and aspect ratio of the image. A few millimeters of the image may be trimmed during processing. If you have trouble uploading a file, send us a message, and we will find a solution together.

Colors
Colors on a screen do not always match print colors. You can submit images with RGB and CMYK color settings. A digital preview (e.g., in Photoshop) of a .jpg file in CMYK colors generally provides the best representation of the final result.

Material
We print your photo on high-quality non-woven wallpaper with a thickness of 120 gsm*. This type of wallpaper is strong, tear-resistant, and easy to wipe clean with a soft cloth. It is also easy to apply without a wallpaper table! The strips of wallpaper are 47.5 cm wide, making them easy to handle.

*Gsm stands for grams per square meter, which is the same as g/m². For reference, standard printer paper is usually 80gsm, and most full-color prints are 100gsm.

Tips for Good Quality

The final print quality depends on the number of pixels in the submitted image and the desired size. The sharper the submitted image, the higher the print resolution and, thus, the quality.

We advise uploading an image with a resolution of at least 1000 pixels per square meter. A wall of 275 cm high by 400 cm wide would need a photo of 2750x4000 pixels to be sharp.

Size
You can choose the size of your photo wallpaper. Simply enter the height and width of your wall, and your photo wallpaper will be delivered in those dimensions. We always recommend ordering 3 cm more in width and height to ensure the image fits perfectly.

After entering the desired dimensions, you can move the blue frame in the preview window to easily determine the crop of your photo.

Make sure the uploaded file matches the chosen size. Otherwise, we will scale your file to the correct dimensions. Your photo will be divided into strips of wallpaper. These strips are 47.5 cm wide. In the preview window, you can see how this will look.

Wallpaper Tips

When you order the wallpaper, it will be delivered in strips on one roll. These strips are printed in order from left to right and alternately (from top to bottom and back up). You can easily cut the strips from the roll and lay them out in the correct order.

When applying non-woven wallpaper, you don't need a wallpaper table as the adhesive is applied directly to the wall. The adhesive used should be specifically for non-woven wallpaper. To make it easier, you can conveniently order the best adhesive from us.

Since the wallpaper hardly shrinks, the strips can be tightly glued together. Simply press firmly and let dry, and your perfect wall is done!

Delivery and Production
If you order the photo wallpaper before 2:00 PM, we will ship it the same day*. Our shipping partner GLS aims to deliver the wallpaper the next business day (subject to force majeure). It is also possible to pick up the wallpaper the next day at our location in The Hague.

*If there is doubt about the quality of the submitted image, we will contact you, and production will only start after consultation.
